- Establish a loose, but healthier diet.
- Indecision about what 5k to choose.
- Distractions like TV and oversleeping.
- Fatigue from exercising more.
- Discouragement from slow results.
- Laziness.
- Giving up easy because it's hard to commit.
- Being happier with my physical fitness.
- Having more energy from being healthier.
- Crossing the finish line for a cause!
